Buenos Aires, November 3, 1926, in Spanish, thanking the recipient for his kind words of encouragement. Lavalle has signed with his full (scarce) signature. Excellent condition. Prominent Argentine surgeon and a pioneer in the search for a cure for tuberculosis.
