A very good copy, shallow chip to head of spine, boards worn at extremities, sliver of old label on verso of first blank, a few minor notations, scattered foxing.. xi, [1], 312, [2] pp. Illus. with engraved headpiece, tailpieces, and initials. 4to. (23 x 17 cm). Edited by Michel Brochard (according to the Brit. Lib. Cat.). Preface dated in type in the year of publication. Provenance: "Purchased from la bibliotheque de M.
