His current pamphlet, part of the Ukrainskyi Morskyi Instytut series, was a tribute to the above-mentioned Iurii Lipa (1900 - 1944) - Ukrainian author, poet, and social leader, who was arrested, tortured, and killed by the NKVD in 1944.
